What is EFT?
EFT involves using the fingertips to gently tap on the different points, on your upper body, along the meridian lines, which are the basis for Chinese acupuncture. The EFT sequence is designed to hit all the major endpoints. It is easy to learn, you can do it anywhere for any issue, and oftentimes experience immediate results.
