Ongoing sleep deficiency can raise your risk for chronic health problems, and linked to an increased risk of heart disease, kidney disease, high blood pressure, diabetes and stroke.
Whether you have trouble getting to sleep or are waking up in the middle of the night unable to get back to sleep, EFT can help! I generally have no problems falling asleep, but very often wake up at 2am and my mind starts thinking about all sorts of things. Most of the time I would lay there for two hours before I could fall asleep again , then wake up feeling very groggy and tired. Now when I wake up in the middle of the night I do two or three rounds of tapping while laying in bed and before I know it, it’s morning!
